William Graham, a 30-year-old Binghamton man, was arrested after allegedly firing shots at a house and a parked Honda Civic on West End Avenue, reportedly in a dispute involving a female resident and a former boyfriend.

Police found a .44 caliber handgun in Graham's vehicle.
