Ohio may remove over 352,000 inactive voter registrations this fall unless voters update their status.
Over 352,000 inactive voter registrations in Ohio are being considered for removal from the voter database, according to Secretary of State Frank LaRose.
These registrations, classified as "inactive" or "abandoned," could be canceled on September 23, except for Lucas County, which will be on September 29.
No registrations will be canceled before the May Primary Election.
Affected voters have received a "Registration Readiness Notice" and can maintain their registration by voting, updating, or confirming their information online.
