A 50-year-old pedestrian died after being struck by a bus on the N83 near Claregalway, Co. Galway, around 2:10 pm on Friday. The road has reopened following a forensic investigation. Gardaí are seeking witnesses and anyone with dash-cam footage from the area between 1:50 pm and 2:20 pm on the same day to come forward.
