Azerbaijan partners with D-8 Organization to enhance its transport sector through a new Center of Excellence. Azerbaiyán colabora con la Organización D-8 para mejorar su sector del transporte a través de un nuevo Centro de Excelencia.

Azerbaijan has agreed with the D-8 Organization for Economic Cooperation to create a Center of Excellence for Transport. Azerbaiyán ha acordado con la Organización de Cooperación Económica D-8 crear un Centro de Excelencia para el Transporte. This aims to improve Azerbaijan’s transport sector, focusing on aviation and maritime activities, and to foster international cooperation. Con ello se pretende mejorar el sector del transporte de Azerbaiyán, centrándose en las actividades aéreas y marítimas, y fomentar la cooperación internacional. A working group will be formed to oversee the initiative, as discussed during a meeting with the D-8 Organization's Secretary-General, who is visiting Azerbaijan. Se creará un grupo de trabajo para supervisar la iniciativa, como se examinó en una reunión con el Secretario General de la Organización D-8, que está visitando Azerbaiyán.
