Irish survey reveals support for tax breaks to developers and concerns over housing inaction.
A recent survey by MyHome.ie found that many Irish people support tax breaks for developers to boost housing and rental supply, with half favoring such breaks and 46% wanting to abolish rent pressure zones.
The survey of 1,813 people also showed that 86% believe the government could do more to aid the property market, and 63% expect prices to rise.
Most respondents (88%) are concerned about the lack of action on vacant housing.
