Two kite surfers were hospitalized in critical condition after separate incidents at Kailua Beach, Hawaii. The first, a local man found unresponsive near the Kalapawai Market, received CPR from bystanders. An hour and a half later, a 63-year-old visitor from California faced a similar situation, with lifeguards using an AED and providing advanced life support. Both were transported to nearby hospitals.
