ICE deported a Dominican man, Batista Matos, linked to three minors' deaths in a human smuggling case.
A 36-year-old Dominican man, Batista Matos, wanted for human smuggling linked to the deaths of three minors, was deported to the Dominican Republic by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
This is his fifth deportation.
Matos was arrested in Puerto Rico last September for his role in a deadly smuggling operation and was subsequently transferred to Miami before being deported.
