Minister Lyons denies DUP's lack of GAA support, cites funding issues in Casement Park stadium rebuild.
Communities Minister Gordon Lyons denied claims that the DUP did not condemn anti-GAA signs in Co Antrim.
During a debate with Sinn Fein MLA Philip McGuigan, Lyons refuted accusations that he was responsible for delays in rebuilding the Casement Park stadium, citing legal challenges and other issues as the cause.
The project, originally budgeted at £62.5 million by the Stormont Executive and receiving an offer of £42 million from the Irish Government, now costs £270 million, leaving a funding shortfall of about £150 million after the UK government withdrew support for Euro 2028 games.
