Volkswagen has unveiled the Tera, a new subcompact SUV designed in Brazil, set to debut in the country by May 2025. The Tera, built on the MQB A0 platform, features a 1.0-liter TSI engine and will compete with popular models like the Tata Nexon and Kia Sonet. While not officially confirmed, there are speculations about its potential launch in India by early 2026 and manufacturing in South Africa from 2027.
