Homeless man arrested in Rochester for allegedly stealing a car from a local dealership.

A homeless man, Alexander Michael Carter, was arrested in Rochester, Minnesota, for allegedly stealing a 2013 Chevrolet Impala from a local dealership. Despite Carter's claim that he had permission for a test drive, dealership staff denied giving authorization. The car, equipped with GPS, was located by law enforcement in downtown Rochester. Carter faces one count of felony theft and is held on $20,000 bail.
