Kenya's Chief Justice and JSC members summoned for not publishing judicial complaints as required.
The Commission on Administrative Justice (CAJ) in Kenya has summoned Chief Justice Martha Koome and nine other Judicial Service Commission (JSC) members for failing to publish judicial complaints as required by law.
The CAJ also accused the JSC of not submitting reports on complaints and their resolutions.
The summoned officials are required to appear on March 24 and 25, with potential fines or imprisonment if they fail to comply.
