Dublin City Council approves 25-story tower, set to be the city's tallest residential building.
Dublin City Council has granted permission for the construction of the city's tallest residential building, a 25-story tower, in the Waterfront South Central area.
The project by Ronan Group Real Estate (RGRE) will feature 550 homes, a restaurant, and a viewing terrace, alongside nearly 750,000 square feet of office space.
The development also includes plans for a floating pontoon park.
Initially, 45 stories were proposed, but the approved plan is half that size.
