Farrer High students and staff shave heads, raising $74,000 for blood cancer awareness.
Nearly 100 students and staff from Farrer Memorial Agricultural High School shaved their heads on February 24 to support the Leukaemia Foundation's World's Greatest Shave campaign.
This initiative, which began in 2010, has raised over $350,000 for blood cancer awareness and research.
The school's fundraising efforts have already reached $74,000, aiming for a record amount.
Principal Clint Gallagher also participated, having his head shaved earlier for $2,300 after a student bid.
