NBC has renewed "Happy's Place," starring Reba McEntire, for a second season.
The show, which airs Fridays at 8 p.m.
ET on NBC and streams on Peacock the next day, follows McEntire's character Bobbie as she inherits her father's bar and discovers she has a half-sister with a claim to the establishment.
The renewal comes after the show's strong viewership and critical reception.
McEntire will also host the 60th ACM Awards, streaming live on Amazon Prime from Frisco, Texas on May 8.
