The Supreme Court of India has issued notices to the governments of Maharashtra and Assam regarding a plea by YouTuber Ashish Chanchlani to either quash or transfer an FIR filed against him in Guwahati over alleged obscene remarks made on the YouTube show "India's Got Latent." Chanchlani's plea has been tagged with a pending petition by fellow YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia, who is the main accused.
