Indian minister visits South Africa for G20 meeting to boost ties and advocate for Global South.
Indian External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar will visit South Africa from February 20-21 for the G20 Foreign Ministers' Meeting, aimed at strengthening India's engagement with G20 countries and amplifying the voice of the Global South. The G20 represents major economies accounting for 85% of global GDP and two-thirds of the world's population. Jaishankar is also expected to hold bilateral meetings during his visit.
