This phase includes a 305-meter Fort Santiago Riverwalk, enhancing tourism and economic opportunities. The project aims to improve transport connectivity in Metro Manila and reduce traffic congestion by promoting water transportation. Inspired by rivers like the Chao Phraya and the Seine, the initiative also focuses on relocating informal settlers and preserving cultural heritage, supported by international partners.
