"The Walsh Sisters," a new comedy-drama series starring five actresses, premieres on RTÉ and BBC this autumn.

BBC and RTÉ announce "The Walsh Sisters," a six-part comedy-drama series based on Marian Keyes' novels "Rachel’s Holiday" and "Anybody Out There." Directed by Ian Fitzgibbon, the show follows five sisters, their eccentric mother, and bemused father. Starring Louisa Harland, Caroline Menton, Danielle Galligan, Máiréad Tyers, and Stefanie Preissner as the sisters, and Aidan Quinn and Carrie Crowley as the parents, it premieres on RTÉ in autumn, followed by BBC iPlayer and BBC One.
