The New Orleans Saints have signed running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire to a one-year contract. Edwards-Helaire, 25, was released by the Kansas City Chiefs and played two games for the Saints in 2024, gaining 46 rushing yards and 24 receiving yards. Over his NFL career, he has amassed 1,891 rushing yards and 12 touchdowns, along with 789 receiving yards and seven receiving touchdowns. Despite his promising rookie season, injuries and performance struggles have limited his impact. The Saints hope this deal will help him regain his form.
