Magna International reported a lower Q4 profit but raised its dividend, facing sales challenges in 2025.

Auto parts maker Magna International reported a Q4 profit of $203 million, a decrease from the previous year but above analyst estimates. The company raised its dividend to 48.5 cents per share. Despite a 2% sales increase to $10.6 billion, Magna expects 2025 sales to range between $38.6 billion and $40.2 billion, influenced by lower vehicle production and foreign currency impacts. The stock dropped more than 4% in pre-market trading.
