Venezuelan gang member arrested in San Antonio for attempted murder; part of ongoing crackdown.
On February 5th, a 27-year-old Venezuelan national suspected of being a member of the Tren de Aragua gang was arrested in San Antonio on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in connection to an attempted murder. The arrest was a joint effort between ICE, HSI, and local law enforcement, highlighting their commitment to community safety. Recently, three more gang members were also apprehended in Houston. The gang is known for drug trafficking and violent crimes.
