The company, formed by the merger of Smurfit Kappa and WestRock, reported a net sales increase to $7.539 billion for the third quarter, up from $2.862 billion in 2023. Smurfit WestRock's CEO, Tony Smurfit, noted a 42% increase in quarterly dividends and stated the company is on track with its $400 million synergy program.
