Slovenia's industrial output decreased by 1.2% in 2024, marking two years of decline. Despite this, December saw a 1.9% yearly increase in production, driven by growth in mining, quarrying, and utilities. The mining sector rose by 22.6%, while utilities grew by 21.6%. Manufacturing also increased by 2.7%. Despite the December boost, the full year saw a 1.2% drop in industrial production, though industrial turnover rose by 0.4%.
