Man charged with impaired driving after using racial slurs at store, license suspended for 90 days.

Stephen Fall, a 57-year-old man from Elliot Lake, was charged with impaired driving after driving to a local store while drunk on February 8, 2025. Fall allegedly used racial slurs towards the clerk and was found 200 feet from the store by the East Algoma Detachment of the OPP. His driver's license was suspended for 90 days, and he is scheduled to appear in Ontario Court of Justice on March 13.
