IBA plans to sue IOC over allowing boxers who failed gender tests to compete in Olympics.

The International Boxing Association (IBA) plans to sue the International Olympic Committee (IOC) over allowing boxers Imane Khelif and Lin Yu-ting to compete in the 2024 Olympics despite failing gender eligibility tests. The IBA, expelled from the Olympic movement due to its own issues, claims the IOC's decision denied opportunities to other female athletes and violated human rights. The IBA will file complaints in Switzerland, France, and the US.
