Alamo Beer Company files for bankruptcy, aiming to restructure and recover amid financial challenges.

Alamo Beer Company, a San Antonio-based craft beer brand, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy despite operating at only 20% of its brewing capacity. Founded in 2003, the company aims to "recapitalize, restructure, and return stronger," said founder Eugene Simor. Facing challenges due to reduced consumer spending and increased production costs, Alamo has sold parts of its real estate to stay afloat. The company's assets and liabilities range between $1 million and $10 million.
