Nagpur launches new toll-free helpline '155304' to better handle citizen complaints.

The Nagpur Municipal Corporation has launched a toll-free helpline, '155304', to address citizen complaints, aiming to improve on ineffective past services like the 'My Nagpur' app. Operated from 8 am to 8 pm on weekdays and 10 am to 8 pm on weekends, the service promises to forward every complaint to the relevant department. Municipal Commissioner Dr. Abhijeet Chaudhari assured regular feedback collection from citizens.
