U.S. seeks to raise air traffic controllers' retirement age to 60, post-Washington crash.

This proposal comes after a recent Washington plane crash, the deadliest U.S. air disaster in over two decades, which killed 67 people. The plan, to be presented soon, also includes offering higher pay to controllers to ease their workload and improve safety.
