A 63-year-old man from Delaware, Michael Allen Ellis, died after being ejected from his vehicle following a crash on State Route 54 in Clark County, Ohio. The accident occurred at 3:33 a.m. when Ellis lost control of his vehicle, hitting a fence post, a sign, and a tree. He was not wearing a seatbelt. A dog in the vehicle appeared unharmed but was aggressive and taken into custody by the Clark County Dog Warden. The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating.
