A 13-year-old boy from Winnipeg was arrested and charged for breaking into a business on Elizabeth Road in St. Boniface on December 23, 2024. He used a baseball bat to break a window, causing about $4,000 in damage and stealing around $500 worth of items. The arrest was made on February 4 without any injuries reported. The case was handled by the Winnipeg Police Service's Major Crimes Unit.
