Red Cross relocates about 300 fire evacuees from Pasadena to Altadena due to the Eaton Fire.

The American Red Cross is closing the Pasadena Convention Center evacuation shelter for victims of the Eaton Fire and relocating around 300 evacuees to a new center in Altadena. The move aims to place displaced residents closer to their homes. The Red Cross assures continued support until permanent housing is secured, after the fire destroyed over 9,400 structures and caused 17 deaths.
