Thai restaurant Singburi, formerly of Leytonstone, is set to reopen in Shoreditch this spring.
Singburi, a popular Thai restaurant known for its exclusive bookings, is set to reopen in Shoreditch this spring after closing its Leytonstone location. Founded in 1999 and named Time Out's restaurant of the year in 2021, Singburi 2.0 will be led by founder Sirichai Kularbwong, alongside hospitality professionals Nick Molyviatis and Alexander Gkikas. The new site will offer a similar experience with a distinct London twist, featuring a drinks list and grill.
