Study finds people feel best in the morning, with mental well-being declining by nightfall.

Happiness and life satisfaction were higher on Tuesdays and during summer months, while winter saw increased depressive and anxiety symptoms and loneliness. Researchers suggest these findings could help tailor mental health support and services.
