Form Energy restructures, cutting few jobs but planning major expansion with 750 new positions.

Form Energy, which makes iron-air batteries, is restructuring, affecting fewer than 5% of its employees at its Weirton, West Virginia factory. Despite the job cuts, the company plans to expand its workforce, with nearly 50 job openings and an anticipated 750 new jobs in the coming years.
