Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree approving a contribution agreement between Azerbaijan and the United Nations. The agreement, signed on November 11, 2024, in Baku, establishes a partnership between Azerbaijan's State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations and the UN's Public Institutions and Digital Government Division.
