Avalanche warnings issued for Idaho, Montana, Wyoming due to unstable snow conditions.

Avalanche warnings are in effect for parts of Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming due to heavy snowfall, strong winds, and rain, creating unstable snow layers. The Bridger-Teton and Sawtooth Avalanche Centers advise against travel on slopes steeper than 30 degrees, as avalanches large enough to bury people are likely. The warnings will be updated by Tuesday, February 4th, 2025.
