State Man won the Irish Champion Hurdle at the Dublin Racing Festival, securing his third victory in the event. Fellow favorite Lossiemouth, ridden by Danny Mullins, fell dramatically four flights from home, nearly affecting State Man but causing no harm to Lossiemouth and her rider. State Man won by six and a half lengths, with his odds for the Cheltenham Champion Hurdle now at 7-1.
