PM Modi criticizes Delhi's AAP government for favoring high-achieving students, amid election promises.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi accused the Delhi government led by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) of prioritizing its image over students' futures. Modi claimed the AAP only allows high-achieving students to progress beyond class nine, hurting weaker students. He also announced new welfare schemes, including free meals for slum dwellers and a welfare board for auto drivers and domestic workers, ahead of the Delhi Assembly elections on February 5.
