A large farm in Dalby, ideal for farming, sold for $5 million, split between two buyers.
The 983-acre Leinster property in the Dalby district has sold for around $5 million. Lindsley Gordon's Skipland Trust bought 217 acres of prime land, with the rest going to Bart and Kelsie Bowen. Ideal for grain, pulse, or cotton farming, the property includes upgraded fences, soil conservation features, and a circa 1880 homestead. Marketing was handled by Phillip Kelly of Elders.
