Arsenal's Jorginho may leave, but manager Arteta wants him to stay for the season's strength.

Arsenal midfielder Jorginho is reportedly close to leaving the club, with Brazilian side Flamengo interested, but Arsenal rejected a recent offer. The club is focused on signing Real Sociedad's Martin Zubimendi this summer. Arsenal also considered a loan deal for young striker Mathys Tel and is eyeing RB Leipzig's Benjamin Sesko as a long-term signing. However, their £60m bid for Ollie Watkins was turned down by Aston Villa. Despite interest, Jorginho's immediate departure was blocked by manager Mikel Arteta to maintain squad strength for the season.
