Two teens sentenced for looting during Hull riots; judge calls acts a "stain on the city."

Two 19-year-olds, Elizabete Zvirgzdina and Lucy Houghton, were sentenced for looting during riots in Hull last summer. Zvirgzdina got an eight-month suspended sentence and rehabilitation, while Houghton received unpaid work and rehabilitation. The judge called the riots a "stain on the city" but noted the women were not involved in the initial disturbances. Both admitted to taking stolen goods and apologized for their actions.
