Police in Odisha and Jharkhand arrested eight suspects involved in robbing a liquor factory, recovering ₹3.5 crore in cash, the largest cash seizure from criminals in the state's history. The suspects, wearing masks and armed with guns, stole the money from the factory in Dharamgarh and were tracked down within 24 hours. The suspects, aged 30 to 40, are from Ranchi and have prior robbery convictions.
