The City of El Paso is set to open the Mexican American Cultural Center (MACC) on March 22, 2025, aimed at honoring and preserving Mexican American history and art. La ciudad de El Paso inaugurará el Centro Cultural Mexicano Americano (MACC) el 22 de marzo de 2025, con el objetivo de honrar y preservar la historia y el arte mexicano-americano. Approved by the 2012 Quality-of-Life Bond, the $16 million center features spaces like classrooms, an artist studio, and exhibition areas. Aprobado por Quality-of-Life Bond 2012, el centro de $16 millones cuenta con espacios como aulas, un estudio de artistas y áreas de exposición. Located in the Downtown Arts District, the MACC will also celebrate improvements to nearby Cleveland Square Park.
