Sony has made PlayStation Network (PSN) accounts optional for several popular PC games, including Marvel's Spider-Man 2 and Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered. While a PSN account is no longer mandatory, linking one will unlock in-game benefits like exclusive costumes and resources. This change follows user feedback against the previous requirement. Sony plans to add more incentives for PSN account users in the future.
