Amazon has sued to prevent The Washington Post, owned by its founder Jeff Bezos, from accessing records about Amazon's Project Kuiper, a satellite internet service competing with SpaceX's Starlink. Amazon argues the requested records contain trade secrets and proprietary information. The lawsuit was filed in response to a request by the Post for files related to state investigations at a Project Kuiper facility.
