South African actress Esta TerBlanche, known for her role as Gillian Andrassy in "All My Children," died at 51 from an intracranial hemorrhage caused by a head injury from a fall at her California home. The incident was ruled an accident. TerBlanche also starred in South African dramas and had roles in other U.S. series. She is survived by her ex-husband and goddaughter.
