Ghana resolves teachers' strike by integrating college educators into the university pay scale.

Ghana's government has addressed the Colleges of Education Teachers Association of Ghana's (CETAG) grievances by migrating teaching staff onto the university grading structure, ensuring payments were made in January 2025. The Public Utilities Regulatory Commission urged CETAG to end its strike to resume normal academic activities. A Migration Committee formed in August 2024 helped implement the changes.
