Ukrainian man pleads guilty in Ireland's largest cocaine seizure case, totaling 2.25 tons.

Ukrainian man Vitaliy Lapa pleaded guilty to a drugs offense related to Ireland's largest cocaine seizure, totaling 2.25 tonnes worth over €157 million. The drugs were found on the MV Matthew, a Panamanian-registered cargo ship. Lapa is the only one of seven men charged who did not apply to have his charges dismissed. UK national Jamie Harbron has also pleaded guilty and awaits sentencing.
