Polish President Andrzej Duda urged Western Europe not to resume Russian gas supplies, even if Russia and Ukraine reach a peace deal. Speaking at the World Economic Forum, Duda said the Nord Stream gas pipelines, inactive since 2022, should be dismantled. He argued that sanctions against Russia are effective and that European countries should resist business pressure to reconnect with Russia.
