Lloyds Banking Group moves Scottish HQ to a new £200 million Edinburgh building, set to open in 2027.

Lloyds Banking Group is moving its Scottish headquarters to a redeveloped, £200 million building in Edinburgh's Port Hamilton, set to be completed by 2027. Drum Property Group will lead the renovation, with Lloyds leasing the space for 21 years. The project, aligning with Lloyds' sustainability goals, will turn the 282,000 sq ft building into a state-of-the-art hub, previously occupied by Scottish Widows.
